Core Learning Services Ltd (which we may variously refer to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “ourselves” within this Privacy Statement) are a supplier and distributor of online training courses.
This Privacy Statement applies to all users of the Core Learning Services Platform, which includes this website (www.course-source.com) and our Learner Management Systems and Learner Portals (a variety of online websites and systems provisioned via www.course-source.net). It also applies to all users of the online training material, course information and associated learning resources that we supply (which we will variously and collectively refer to as “Products”). Such Products may be accessed by you, the user, either directly via the Core Learning Services Platform or via an integration with your organisation’s preferred Learner Management System. In either case, your registration information (that you or your employer may enter to create your user account, so that you can be provided with access the products) may be passed to us so that we can provide our Products and Services to you.
Core Learning Services Ltd is dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site, using the Course Platform, accessing the Products we supply or communicating electronically with us. We strictly adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions, provides an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you. Please note that: If you make a purchase our third party payment provider may require additional personal information. This information, which is required to process your payment, is not collected or stored by us. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. During the payment process you will be able to read the payment providers privacy terms.

On occasion, we may gather information about your computer for our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our website and online services. Such information will not identify you personally it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.
