This course is all about improving workplace wellbeing and finding balance. We’ll achieve this by building an understanding of stress and developing a proactive approach to dealing with common workplace stressors. By isolating these trigger points and offering advice on how to deal with them, we’ll help set you on the path to greater happiness and wellbeing.
