We take you through examples of the difficulties created by Negative Personalities and Trouble Makers, and how to deal with them in a positive and productive way.

First we investigate Negative Personalities: how to prevent the different types of these people from dragging down your team's morale. And next it's Trouble Makers. Here, we don't mean the types of outright rebels who can be dealt with through a disciplinary process, but the more insidious type, who work away from your gaze and sow discontent and disorder. They can often be beaten quite easily!

You should find many ideas in this course to help you, now and in the future, to take situations that often feel frustrating and turn them into positive outcomes.

Our Managing Difficult Employees - Level 2 course has been written for anyone who manages staff, but is having problems with people who work in ways that hinder, or even oppose, the objectives of the team.

PLEASE NOTE that this course has been created in response to people with specific situations to deal with, involving NEGATIVE PERSONALITIES and TROUBLE-MAKERS.

It is a companion course to "Managing Difficult Employees - LEVEL 1", which deals with DEFLECTORS and NON-TEAM PLAYERS. Both courses are available, with additional content and an enhanced workbook, in our Fast Track course, called simply "Managing Difficult Employees".
