This RoSPA-accredited, level-2, e-learning course is suitable for anyone who comes into contact with food, or works in an area where food is prepared. It provides learners with a thorough understanding of the 14 food allergens, the symptoms of an allergic reaction, how to help a sufferer, and the law and its application to food preparation settings.
The course includes optional voiceover recorded by a professional actor and culminates with an assessment. It is specifically designed to give learners a better understanding of food allergens, how to prevent contamination, and how to deal with allergic reactions.
