Blend Training builds choose-your-own-adventure, scenario-based compliance training for regulated industries. We don't make passive slide decks. We make adaptive learning. Every course we publish is a multi-path scenario where the learner sits in the chair under realistic operational pressure, makes choices with evidential consequences, and works through the regulation as it actually appears in the workplace.
Our catalogue covers the most-asked-about UK, EU, US, and AU compliance regimes: Martyn's Law, the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act, the EU Whistleblower Directive, FCA non-financial misconduct, Modern Slavery, ECCTA failure-to-prevent-fraud, the Worker Protection Act reasonable-steps defence, Anti-Bribery (UK / US / AU), Pay Transparency (EU / US), NYC LL144 algorithmic hiring, OSHA HazCom, and Australia / New Zealand psychosocial hazards. Several courses are available in German, Spanish, and French. Every course is legally reviewed and signed off by qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction before release.
Our approach to eLearning rests on three commitments. First, the learner makes real decisions, not button clicks: every choice routes to a different consequence path with a deterministic ending. Second, content is current: courses are revised when the underlying statute, code of practice, or regulator guidance changes. Third, every interaction is designed to teach a specific operational skill: spotting reconnaissance, redacting an SAR audio recording, classifying a Section 8 ground, ordering audio evidence under Awaab's Law, recognising a non-denial in an FCA hot seat. Where the failure mode is recall, we use plausible distractors and false-positive penalties. Where the failure mode is timing or judgement, we use live audio feeds and reaction windows. The goal is the same in every course: behaviour that holds up when a real inspector, regulator, tribunal, or auditor walks in the room.
