Course Overview

Aim: The delegate will learn to explore the different ways of approaching a negotiation and find a way to bring about a suitable resolution that works for you.

  • Know how to break negotiation deadlock
  • Explain the 3 step bargaining process
  • Demonstrate use of unpredictability in negotiating
  • Display how to increase the sense of value during the negotiation
