Course Overview

Aim: The delegate will learn the fundamentals of how to begin to implement a marketing strategy and how produce a success marketing plan.

  • Identify the what, why and how of Marketing Strategy
  • Analyse the precedents to success through review of the 3C’s
  • Define the offer through manipulation of the Marketing Mix
  • Implement actions and begin a Marketing Plan
