Course Overview

Aim: The delegate will gain an understanding of managing diversity within the workplace and promote inclusion.

  • Recite the ‘Platinum Rule’ and its significance in managing Diversity 
  • State the differences between primary and secondary dimensions 
  • Describe how to foster inclusiveness
