About the course

Your workstation is made up of your desk, chair and display screen equipment, including your keyboard, screen, computer or laptop and mouse.

The use of DSE can be associated with upper limb disorders (like neck and shoulder pains) and repetitive strain injuries (such as eye strain).

Mostly, these conditions do not indicate any serious ill health, but for some people they can cause serious problems. These injuries can be avoided by following simple good practice.

The DSE self-assessment tool will enable you to carry out a self-assessment of your workstation.

The information you provide will help your employer to ensure your comfort and safety at work.

Who is it For?

Anyone who uses display screen equipment during their working day.
